Included Equipment is the Property of Great Lakes Internet, Inc.

All additional equipment / labor will be purchased by the customer at the time of the install.

Service calls will be charged when the issue requires a truck roll and the problems is diagnosed with customer owned Equipment. These calls are billed at $54.00 per hour plus Service Call Fee of $25.00.

Additional equipment purchased has 30 day warranty through Great Lakes Internet, Inc. after 30 days the equipment is under warranty through the manufacture.

900 Mhz proprietary wireless provides service for non-line of sight customers.

Installation

• 1 wireless client radio (including P.O.E. adapter)
• 50ft. shielded Cat5e cable
• 4 shielded RJ45 ends
• 2 hours labor (including setup of one computer)

Additional charges may apply for reasons including but not limited to the following:

• Distance from access point neccessitates higher gain antenna
• Distance from suitable radio mounting point to computer exceeds 50ft
• Additional equipment needed (i.e. network card, tripod, wireless access point, router, etc...)
• More than one computer needs to be setup
