All additional equipment/labor needs to be purchased by the customer at the time of the install.

Service calls will be charged when the issue requires a truck roll and a problem is diagnosed with customer owned equipment. These calls are billed at $54.00 per hour plus Service Call Fee of $25.00.

Additional equipment purchased has 30 day warranty through Great Lakes Internet, Inc. after 30 days the equipment is under warranty through the manufacture.

Installation Total: $149.00 with 2 year agreement
