The Great Lakes Internet computer repair staff consists of a diverse group of dedicated technicians whose certificates include A+, Microsoft, Cisco, CWSP (Certified Wireless Security Professional), and CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator), with over 9 years in the computer repair business.

Our on-site service fees are as follows:

• Croswell & Lexington: $25.00 plus hourly labor charges beginning upon arrival at the site and ending when finished at the site.
• All other locations: $25.00 plus hourly labor charges beginning upon leaving the shop and ending when finished at the site.

These on-site fees apply any time we have to come to your location in order to diagnose and solve your issue. This includes but is not limited to on site wireless trouble shooting beyond the first 30 days after installation.
