This document is meant to be a first step in solving your connection issues. It is not an end all fix it manual however 80% of our wireless calls are solved by one or more of the following. If something does not make sense or you have any questions give us a call during business hours and we will do our best to help you.
To prevent an interruption in service it is important to know that your wireless billing invoices will be sent by email to your Great Lakes Internet email account (example: email@example.com) If you wish change the address or discuss other options please call our office and ask to speak with Billing.
