2010 INSTALLATION COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES
April 26, 2010
The meeting was held
at St. Veronica Parish. We began at 7:04 pm with prayer by Fr. Todd.
Some went out to
check the parking lot, others looked at invitations.

We enjoyed a
delicious meal prepared by the Men’s Club.
We all went into the
church and made plans for processional, seating, readers, music, etc.
We returned to the
hall and reviewed committees (see attached):
Flowers:
Kevin will contact Bill Taylor flowers:

presentation roses for Mary,
·
6 centerpieces for banquet,
·
no corsages.
Head Table will have officers and
wives, IPSD and wife, Fr. Todd and possibly Celebrant.
Arlene will contact
officers for invitation list.
Ad book:
Sue W will make changes and add heading
Incentives:
Sell $1000 in ads, get 1
hotel room and 2 banquet tickets,
Sell $500 in ads, get 2
banquet tickets.
We will meet on May 5th
at Kennedy council to stuff ad info into envelopes and stick on labels.
Invitations:
Sue W. reported that the invitations are in, ready to be assembled and
placed in the envelopes.
Tom M will order an
angel punch to see if it will work on the invitation.
We may be able to do
them on the 5th
DeCarlo’s:
Tom & Arlene and Walter will visit DeCarlo’s to:

Confirm room layout
·
Ask for riser for head table
·
Choose menu
·
Choose colors
·
Choose centerpiece and decide how
angels will work with it.
We adjourned with
prayer at 10:00.
