Not fancy - but Functional
My
set is 10 years old and still measures perfectly - made from 3/8"
steel.
Perfect for getting your sheltie accustomed to a wicket for measurements in the
ring.
To check to see if the sheltie is over 13" - the small wicket must NOT touch the table when set on the dogs shoulder as shown above

To measure if the sheltie is under 16" - both of the legs of the taller wicket must be sitting on the table when placed on the dogs shoulder as seen above.
